From what I see they do not support clipboard and not clear about 508 complience

You’re right that both of these areas are not yet fleshed out for Apollo.
Tere is in fact no support in the current alpha release of Apollo. But it’s coming in their 1.0 release, according to the FAQ.
I can say that the Flex story on 508 compliance is actually quite good. I think it’s reasonable to assume that Apollo is not going to break it, but I have no special information about that.
